Filament barely touches any surface and mostly tangentially to PTFE curved surfaces for the lowest possible friction. The Guide can be rotated for the best angle but always feeds the filament to the extruder in a constant way. This has eliminated layer variation caused by stiction.
The parts can be printed in any material, I used PETG. Insert PTFE tubing in all the holes and cut it with a sharp knife to be flush with the surfaces.
I printed and fitted a second guide that helps feed in the filament to the main guide from an alternative spool.
