DC House 12V 100Ah Battery - Powerbank Terminal Cover with Display, Switchable Fused output, and Wi-Fi Hotspot

This cover protects the DC House 12V 100Ah terminals and provides some extra functionality. The cover clamps securely onto the battery but is easy to remove if you need access to the terminals. 

Its printed in PETG , I used  Overture PETG Blue as it matches the battery colour. Print the cover with the display side on the print bed.

There are times when I need a portable Wi-Fi hotspot so I have integrated a VAR11N-300 WIFI repeater hotspot.

The cover is held on with a clamp that is bolted to the cover with an M4 hex bolt and nut. Drop the nut into the slot a fix in place with a drop of glue.

Note: If you are running loads or charging with currents greater than 7A you might want to uprate the GX16-2 pin connector to a GX16-4 pin connector, using 2 pins per wire.
