If you load Klipper onto your stock Prusa mk3, you will want to measure resonance for input shaping. While you can find printable mounts for the Fysect ADXL345 Portable Input Shaper that you print onto the bed and leave there for measuring Y resonance, I couldn't find any X-axis mounts for the Mk3. I cobbled this together to mount to the Nema 17 motor on the toolhead using this mount as a base.
Use a zip tie to fix it in place around the extruder motor on the toolhead using the slots cut into the mount. This is NOT the best position, but if you have one of these accelerometers you can always mount it using the nozzle without printing anything, but if you were doing that you wouldn't be looking for an x mount in the first place…
This was mostly cobbled together in Prusa Slicer using negative volumes and this model stretched along X to match the contours of the actual motor. It is very primitive but gets the job done. I look forward to improvements and new mounts for the PIS on the Prusa.
If you are interested in Klipper on the Prusa, there are a few projects that have put together configurations:

Printed and used in PLA (for rigidity) at 0.2mm layer height.
The author remixed this model.
Mounted it on a simple Nema 17 motor, used the Nema 17 as a negative volume in Prusa Slicer
