This model includes an end fitting which can be mounted to a common actuator i have also modeled from amazon.
found at this link:

The stated specs on the actuator are:
188 newtons of pushing force
Max 5mm/second extension/retraction speed
Rated 12 volt DC drive potential
Stroke Length 50 mm.
This actuator did include limit switches start at both ends of the action to prevent overrunning the motor.
It claims IP65 rating.

The actuator is 122mm long when fully retracted, 172mm when fully extended, and 22mm wide at the widest point.
As received it came with two m4 machine bolts with matching nuts and two small steel pivot mounts as shown in the pictures.
I have included a top frame mount intended to bolt to an ender3 with two M6 T-nuts.

the end effector enables application of thrust to a rotating load such that the rotary and linear motion are decoupled.
It uses a set of small thrust and radial ball bearings(from Mcmaster carr)

held in a printable end effector with a turned custom brass shaft fitting(could be replaced by a T-nut or shoulder sleeve) to support a 4mm OD PTFE guide tube with allows a dust free sliding connecting for a wire or other flexible shaft coupling to be guided through.
This device is intended to interface with a bowden shaft actuator assembly with a rotating load at the end of a fixed coupling in the bowden tube actuator.

This was originally designed for use on the Rotoforge project as an attempt to feed short segments of chopped metal wire into a rotating motor and die assembly for friction extrusion deposition. This design did not serve that purpose adequately, despite working as designed.
