This is a common amazon piezo transducer for ultrasonic cleaners that typically comes with a 110volt power/wave form supply board.

and many others no doubt. It is a common model.
I have included real color images of the resulting transducer output when driven by a sinusoidal waveform, voltage drop(blue line) across a 100 ohm resistor when driven by 18 volts(yellow line) at ~100 mA from my function generator.
I included real color images of the transducer itself so you can know what it looks like compared to the models I provided.
The thread through the transducer is M10X1.25 mm
It typically comes equipped with a matching hex head socket cap screw threaded into the hole, and epoxied in place.
my model is inaccurate in that it includes threads through the piezo material, the real piezo material is unthreaded and just a straight loose fit hole.
the only threaded region is in the large flared metal part of the transducer.
The end bolt stops about 11.5mm from the wide end of the flared part of the transducer.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
