I have a home assistant server made from RPi4 and it was quite messy with all the cables. So here is an unique case, that hides then in a way, that all come from back side.
The housing offers a bit of space for using the header pins - placing a custom PCB or fan connector.
Clearances on hooks are at least 0.15mm, larger at some paces (after optimizing)
3-part print
PCB-SIDE
houses the RPi4 attached RPi holes (2,7mm). 3-7mm screws are ok. If you have longer, put washer or bugger nut on the top. See enclosure hole options for
1,5mm (for small woodscrew)
1,7mm (for M2 bolt)
2,3mm (for M2,5 bolt)
FAN-SIDE
for 40mm fan (32mm x 32mm attachment holes). Made for M3 bolt.
Has 4 hooks that require tiny supports. I used new snug supports in PrusaSlicer 2.4 with paint-on-support smart fill feature.
Snap off the supports and you will be ready to go.
STAND-SLIDER
Slides and secures the two parts and acts as a stand
Optional version with socket for SSD (EVOLVEO TINY M110Gbs)
