Info

This enclosure prints easily with no supports as pictured in under 30 minutes in regular PLA. It relies on your printer tolerances being accurate enough for the interference fit between the board and lid to stop them from moving. If the lid or board moves at all, try shrinking a tiny amount in that axis to compensate for your printer/material.

There are variations of the lid and base both with and without mounting tabs, the former accepts M3 screws or bolts where the head is ≤ 6.5 mm in size.

The case has plenty of ventilation at the bottom for the SoC, and you can also see the RGB light through them, however, the buttons are not accessible, there should also be plenty of space inside the enclosure for DuPont connectors and space above the USB connector to run wires out to external devices.

To install the board, simply angle the USB connector down into the cut out and the board simply presses down on to the retaining pins at the bottom of the base.

NOTE: Once the board is in, you need a long flat item to slide under the board and lever it up from the back to get it out again as the enclosure uses interference fit for a snug grip.
