This is the updated version of a model I made many years ago, I've gone in and fixed all the problems the original had. It's also been improved to print without supports.

You put your nectar in a standard mason jar, set the feeder on top like a lid and then flip it upside down. The fluid will flow out through several small channels, filling the concentric rills. Bees can land on the platforms around the rills to feed. This has been tested in real life with bees and is proven to work well.

You can watch the video of the original design in action, just keep in mind that the model design has changed.
