Replacement cog for Vectra C and some Saab 93 recirculation units where the small white cog has lost teeth.
Where there is a clicking noise from the servo/motor unit one or both of the white cogs may have lost teeth. The larger one can be rotated round so the gap is no longer in the way by removing the servo arm. However the smaller one rotates fully and thus needs a replacement.
This seems to work well for me after printing a few to fine tune things. Getting the unit out of the car and back in again is very awkward but is actually quite simple to open and work on. A new unit is quite expensive so it was worth a try.
I printed in PLA as the unit is out of direct sunlight and PLA is actually quite good for cogs but you may feel ABS or similar is more heat resistant.
