I have a 1/16 Heng Long Challenger 2 tank and I keep losing bits so I did some replacements.
Not 100% accurate to the actual tank but I believe at least pretty good to the model versions and did try and use photos to make things a bit closer overall.
The rear jerry can frame didn't like printing well in it's actual round tube version so I ended up doing a facetted version, which printed fine and (on an FDM printer) looks fine. I would print it on it's side and use organic supports on the curved tubes, but see how you do.
The toe beam I only put the solid version on as the “print in place” rotating section didn't go that well and it's not something I really use anyway but do modify if you wish.
The rear jack (looks a bit like a butterfly) was a pain but should be more accurate overall.
If anything I have a place to store these files if I loose any more bits! No doubt I will be adding more files as I loose more bits or get a bit OCD on the accuracy of others. If you find them useful that is a good bonus.
16/10/25 - plastic swish plate added for metal HL drive wheel and tracks. Yes, it's plastic but the one on mine is still going strong and helps a lot with the track staying on.
