Prusa Face Shield - US stacked

Stacked version of the Prusa Face Shield - US version (RC3 version)

A prototype face shield that we developed. This is a version for the US based on the community feedback, the design was adjusted to fit:

• American size sheet (11x8,5 inches)
• American triple hole punch (distance 4 1/4", hole radius 1/4")

There are multiple options
A) Headband stacks including reinforcement parts:

• 4 pcs on the print bed (2 stacks, each with 2 headbands)
• 8 pcs on the print bed (2 stacks, each with 4 headbands)

B) Headband stacks without reinforcement parts:

• 2 pcs on the print bed (1 stack with 2 headbands)
• 4 pcs on the print bed (1 stack with 4 headbands)

Print instructions

Supports are included in the model.
Print with at least 2 perimeters, and 5% infill. The model is optimized for a layer height of 0.25mm.

Print it from PETG, headbands from other material can be brittle with these print settings.
