Slightly oversized large pulley wheel for National Geographic rock tumbler. Not a direct remix of the source but works very nicely with it.

Stock belt tension was far too low which caused slipping and caused the tumbler to chew up the stock small pulley. Replacing the small pulley with buffcleb's version was a step in the right direction but it was still loose. Duplicated the original but at a slightly larger diameter (63mm vs 60mm) to take up that slack without giving too much tension, and it now works much better. A side benefit is most reviews say the NatGeo tumbler turns far too quickly, this will slow the drum down by about 5%.

Should press onto the shaft with only a little bit of effort as long as your printer is properly calibrated. If you have to scale it up, it's not the fault of the model, calibrate your printer.

Spokes look like a fan but don't turn fast enough to do anything, it was more a way to make the print take less time and look kinda cool. Thicknesses are optimized for PrusaSlicer 0.3mm on the MK3S with shells set to at least 4, but it'll print just fine on anything. Prints without supports.
