I created model to make an ultralight toothbrush using a Snow Peak titanium spork as the handle.  Mine weighs 0.15oz (4.25 gm).  I was inspired by the video about “The Burner Sporkbrush” on YouTube by Benjamin Burner.  You will also need to cut the head off of a toothbrush and use plumber's epoxy to attach the toothbrush head to the printed model.  I used a Dremmel with a rounded bit to rough up the mating surfaces for better epoxy adhesion. I use this toothbrush for backpacking. I recommend printing the model standing on it's end for improved strength.

I would strongly recommend using plumber's epoxy (which is designed for contact with potable water) instead another type of epoxy since those may not be safe. But I cannot personally guarantee the safety of any epoxy for this use so use your own discretion.

I would love to see your makes!
