Feature

  • Jaw span 100 mm, width 50 mm, height 30mm
    - Enough size to hold small PCBs.
  • Vise cap is changeable when it is damaged or worn out.
  • Also you can choose the shape and material of the vise cap
     ex) flat-face, slots-face, PLA, TPU, rubber, metal, etc.
    If you want to design your own cap, refer to the attached drawing.
    A cap is secured with two M4 screws. Thread depth is 20 mm.
    • The model includes the threads but it may be better tapping through them.
  • A M10x1.5 mm pitch 200 mm length Hex bolt is necessary.
    - You can try to 3D print it with attached model.
  • It is stable as the vise is rather big and has some weight.
    -  If you want to clamp it to the table, you can use the three 8mm dia. and 30mm length slots.

3D Print condition (reference)

  • Body: PLA, Vise cap: PLA, TPU or other materials as you like.
  • Infill: 20%
  • Support: Not necessary EXCEPT screw head and vise caps.
  • Walls: more than or equal to 3
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Nozzle: 0.4 mm
