If you want result like on picture ("engraving" by different color), then download G-code of full set.
Otherwise you'll need to accept line of different color on cover border OR edit G-Code on your own.
Needed parts (take from printer's Spare parts bag):
- 2x M3 Nuts - standard or low profile OR square nuts (DIN562)
- 2x M3 Screws - socket cap OR button head

The author remixed this model.
Differences of the remix compared to the original
- Added arrows with +/- signs
- Emergency stop button moved more down, enlarged, alligned with knob hole
- Vent/beep holes - added one and alligned with knob
- Two display holders had 1,5mm wrong span compared to printer frame = corrected
- Enlarged holes on a LCD cover so you can fit inside a standard M3 nut
- Girrafe picture bit smaller :))
- One comfy cup from Zaribo's design copied to original Prusa knob
