Ebike LCD adapter

This design allows my cheapy Ebike controller display with small non adjustable 22mm handlebar attachment to fit my road bike handlebars which are kind of a weird oval profile and much bigger than the cheap moutainbike handlebars they had intended, the diameter of the clamp is 33mm but it needs to be slightly smaller than your bars in order for the clamp to tighten.

 

• Use something tough like nylon or TPU, I used PETG originally but it was too easy to snap, I've been using the CF-Nylon one for more than a year without it breaking
• Print so the hole for the handlebar hole is parallel to the bed (so it makes a C shape on the bed), if you print the wrong orientation the clamp will snap on the layer lines
• Use supports but only “from bed”, the nut holes should be fine without support
