General information:

I have deigned this Garage to fit your controller in a cozy place close to Cooler Master QUBE 500, whenever you finish the gaming session.

The floor and back panel uses the same holes system fitted on the CM Qube 500 and also acts as a ventilation airway, since it will be really close to the case.  I don't want the GPU or the CPU to be on fire.

The door uses a guided path which was cut into the side panels.

Controller Compatibility:

The big majority of the controllers can fit in, since there is enough free space inside.

Size:

  • height: 169 mm in the front and 149 mm at the back
  • width:  194 mm
  • depth: 158 mm

Printing instruction:

  1. Apart from the front sign, all other object were printed using 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, 2 wall, standard setting on P1S.
  2. the sign was printed at 0.16 layer height.

There is no need for extra materials because the panels will snap together. I have made 0.2 mm clearance for the snapping holes.

The total print time for all objects was around 9-10 hours, and about 400 grams of filament.

I printed the sign using P1S, with 4 colors.

Assembly instructions:

  1. start by fitting the bottom panel and back panel
  2. snap in the side panels
  3. fit in the sliding door
  4. snap front panel but pay attention to place the sign place on the outside
  5. after all panels are fitted together snap in the roof
  6. glue the windows and front sign
  7. fit the garage to the case i have remixed the base hook system.

Final thoughts:

I'm waiting the case from Cooler Masters so I can test it in real life.
