Raaco Compatible Sorting boxes - Mega pack

These containers are designed to be compatible with the grid in the Raaco 55 and Raaco 80 system. So they can be used in your existing Raaco handyman or Raaco Carrylite / Assorter boxes.

The grid is also included with the pack so that you can print it at the desired size to use in your drawers or make your own boxes. 

The containers are specified as multiples of this grid: type x height x width. For example, 55x1x3 is 1 high and 3 wide of type 55.

Everything will be neatly in place and you'll never have to search for your parts again! The containers are stackable with containers of the same size. For example, use the type 18 containers as lids for the type 55 to create a double layer.

File naming

The files are named after their system or their height, a bit confusing I get it but it seemed the most logical to me:

• 18: these are 18 mm high from the table to the top, these are nice to use as lid where you can still store some stuff.
• 55: these fit the raaco 55 boxes
• 80: these fit the raaco 80 boxes
• 100: these are 100 mm high from the table to the top

Printing

The files are designed to be printed in pla without any support.

If you make more variations please upload them to printables so we can expand the collection together!

Parametric model

To change the model go to: Modify > Parameters

Here you can change the following parameters: “Width” “Length” “Height”

the parametric grid model needs some more work: after changing something to the grid you need to select the combine feature in the timeline, select all parts and combine again. that's it.
