After losing my front hatch and seeing that a model is not available, I have made one. Hopefully it will be useful for someone out there.
I have printed both hatch pieces in LW-PLA (3-4% infill, vertically from the cut between the pieces ; I suggest printing sequentially to minimize stringing on the outside), with the finger holder/alignment tab in PETG (use “place on face” tool; I have printed it from the flat side up, but might be printable from the front too). Plugs (PETG) are optional. Glue front to the finger holder (vertical side towards the back), then glue back to it, insert neodymium magnets (10mm diameter/3mm tall) (hopefully in proper orientation :) ), insert plugs and glue them a bit to prevent magnet loss.
It seems it is working fine after several flights.
I have also included my (very ugly and not really easily re-parametrizable) Fusion 360 component; it should be easier to hack small tweaks to it in this format rather than in .stl (I wish everyone would do this, modifying stl containing round shapes is hell…)
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
