I threw this little screwdriver holder together really quickly to hold my GamersNexus screwdriver kit. I went ahead and parameterized it, so you can adjust it for whichever set of screwdrivers you happen to own.

It holds as many screwdrivers as your print bed can handle, and will automatically adjust the position of the T-Clip holes to fit on a Skadis pegboard. I found that my Prusa MK3S+ can handle about 8.

Uses the Skadis T-Clip System for attachment. The FreeCAD document also uses their .step file for the clip attachment points.

I printed mine in Prusament PETG, but there's no reason not to use PLA for this kind of thing. It's just what I had in the printer at the time.

Parameters

Important: I created this FreeCAD Document using the realthunder/Link branch of FreeCAD. If you try to modify this document in mainline FreeCAD, it probably won't work.

The “Parameters” spreadsheet in the FreeCAD document contains 4 parameters:

  • Screwdriver Count
  • Screwdriver Grip Diameter
    • This should be the largest diameter across the grip of the screwdriver being stored on the rack. Grab your calipers!
  • Screwdriver Hole Diameter
    • Controls the size of the holes in the mounting plate that the screwdrivers rest in.
  • Spacing
    • Some wiggle room that gets added into the hole spacing.
