The remix of both ideas serves the following goals:
I printend mine in PETG with 5 perimeters and 60% infill, wich is overkill i guess. A test model worked without any bending with 3 perimeters and 20% infill..
The installations needs some time and patience.
You will need some M4 bolts, wich shouldnt be a problem if you bought your X5SA Pro new (mine came with about 100 extra bolts, nuts and washers in many different sizes).
The shims close the 2mm gap between the frame and the metal plate, so you can finally tighten down the screw in the guide rail.
Luckily the long bolt for the pulleys is long enough and does not need replacement.
