This is a set of straight spacers for the Flowbee hair cutting system. The originals are very fragile and having to snap them together to get the desired lengths is annoying. These are all fully assembled (with base and locking tabs) and cover the entire range of lengths that can possibly be assembled with the original pieces.
The prints are much stronger than the original parts, and I find the ability to see through the spacers to tell if the hair is being drawn in properly isn't really necessary once you've developed a feel for the process.
Note that I did not model any of the angled spacers, but will do so if someone requests it.
Included lengths are from 23 mm to 142 mm in 7 mm increments.
I'd recommend a fine layer height or adaptive as the locking tabs are quite small vertically.
Had some adhesion issues for the very small uprights, so used a brim.
Bridging span is around 23 mm so shouldn't require supports.
The fit has to be pretty accurate and tight, so a small amount of filing might be required to get it to snug together properly (though I rounded the corners of the most sensitive area to help).
