After some time using the Titan Aero, I became dissatisfied with the fan layout, both due to it covering the screw holes, required to access the interior of the extruder, and the portion of the heatsink it blows on to. As such, I've created an adapter for shifting the fan so that it blows on the bottom of the heatsink, and even on the top of the heatbreak.
I've also implemented a small gap, for slotting in an aluminium fin (seen on the right in the render). If you want to do this, get some 0.5mm thick aluminium, cut it so that it friction fits the side of the bottom of the heatbreak. There's a drawing showing the approximate measurements. You could optionally put some heatpaste on the surfaces where it contacts, or if you're feeling extreme you could solder it on.
This should improve overall extrusion performance of the Aero, along with the Idler arm found here; https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3044121
