An assortment of connectors designed to fit the Molex 0.093" 1190 and 1189 series.

Data sheets for each are provided by Molex here:

1189 (Female): https://www.molex.com/pdm_docs/sd/002092101_sd.pdf

1190 (Male): https://www.molex.com/pdm_docs/sd/002091104_sd.pdf

I've modeled the Molex terminals, not to be printed themselves, but for use as a reference to model terminal housings. Of course, the crimped end dimensions are approximated (obviously), since the actual size will depend on the wire gauge being crimped, and the fundamental randomness of crimping.

Note that while the Molex 0.093" terminals are designed to be removable from their housings, I've found this to be unreliable - particularly with the 1189 (female) terminals. As such, the housings provided here fit the terminals too tightly for those terminals to be removed. The trade-off is that the terminals are held more solidly in place, and it's easier to align the terminals while connecting the male & female housings. I felt this was a fair compromise, since one could always simply break the housing to free the terminals, then print replacement housings as necessary.

Also note: Molex's data sheet indicates each terminal should require a minimum of 5 lbs force to unplug, which means a 10-pin housing requires 50 lbs of force to disconnect. To solve for this, each end of the straight housings has an indentation designed to fit a flat screwdriver, for prying the connectors open.

I've also included the models "Hole M" and "Hole F" so you can model housings of your own. These models are intended to be negated from a block of material, leaving a void in which a Molex terminal will fit. The hole models should extend 1mm past the material, on both top and bottom (see Image C).

And friends, be careful. Please don't burn down your home. Even though the Molex 0.093" terminals are rated for 15 amps each, that doesn't increase linearly when you start cramming a bunch of pins into a single connector. I don't know what the actual rating would be for the connectors provided here. Please do your research before making the decision to use these.

Notes:

All of these housings are intended to be printed without support.

That being said, I had trouble removing them from my resin printer's build plate, without breaking them. As such, I've included both FDM and Resin versions of each model. The resin ones are elevated 1.5mm, with built-in supports to both support the "bottom" layer, and also to allow ventilation so the excess liquid resin can drain off the parts.
