I designed an articulating Dr. Octopus toy that uses PLA for the body parts and TPU for the joints.

I used 0.2mm layer height for the head and chest and 0.1mm for all the other parts.  Glue will be required to hold the glasses and lenses in place.  Most other parts should hold in with friction, but you may need to use glue for the belt.

The tentacles are held together using TPU joints.

Make sure the piece that is round on both ends is the final piece in the tentacles before the grabby part; this will allow the grabby thing to move.

The four identical TPU joints shown are for the legs, and the two larger ones are for the shoulders.

Enjoy!
