Einstellhilfe für Tischkreissäge wie z.B. Metabo TS254 oder  Bosch GTS 10 XC

Die Grundplatte mit der Messuhr läuft mit einem Gleitstein in der Nut des Tisches. Damit kann das Sägeblatt parallel zur Nut oder der Schiebeschlitten parallel zum Sägeblatt aber auch der Parallelanschlag zum Sägeblatt eingestellt werden.

Die Datei enthält die Grundplatte mit Messuhrhalter.
Ein Gleitstein für die Metabo TS254 ist in meinem Profil als Download verfügbar.

Zusätzlich werden zwei Schrauben M6 x 12-16 (Länge je nach verwendeten Unterlegscheiben), zwei Muttern M6 und zwei Unterlegscheiben benötigt.

Als Messuhr benutze ich eine Steinle 3105 0-10mm mit 8mm Schaft.

Setting aid for circular table saw such as Metabo TS254 or Bosch GTS 10 XC.

The base plate with the dial gauge runs with a sliding block in the groove of the table. This can be used to adjust the saw blade parallel to the groove or the sliding carriage parallel to the saw blade but also the rip fence to the saw blade.

The file contains the base plate with dial gauge holder.
A sliding block for the Metabo TS254 is available as download in my profile.

In addition, two screws M6 x 12-16 (length depending on the washers used), two nuts M6 and two washers are needed.

As dial indicator I use a Steinle 3105 0-10mm with 8mm shaft.
