Primary new thing here is the filament hinge inspired by one of the shutter shade remixes. The original openscad design was really good but the snap-fit arms were very fragile. I used blender for some booleans then did manual reinforcement of the hinge portion. Turned out nice.

Printing

Use small segment of 1.75 mm filament for the hinge; heat with soldering iron or similar to solidify. You can use a 2mm drill bit if the holes are a bit snug. They are modeled at 2mm so it just depends on your printer.

PLA is fine if you are gentle but the hinge is stronger with HTPLA/PETG etc. If you have the textured bed you may want to use that so the surface finish is nicer.
