Here is a simple thing that solved a real problem for me!
I needed to be able to fish some electrical wire through some flexible conduit. I knocked up this simple leader to put on the end of the cable.
The OD of the leader is 12mm and it is a friction fit to 1.5mm Twin and Earth electrical cable that is usually used for lighting here. It's a friction fit to the cable which works much better than expected. I was using 20mm conduit that has a ID of approx 16mm.
This worked for me first time. I was previously struggling for over an hour trying to tape and use lube to fish the cable without this leader. This is the reason I love 3d printing!
Try scaling this model to get a friction fit for your cable.

I printed in PETG as I felt that it has a lower coefficient of friction compared to PLA. This link seems to indicate the same: https://github.com/superjamie/lazyweb/wiki/3D-Printing-Filament-Properties
