More Airflow, Quieter Fan Noise, Shorter Cooldown - 4010 to 25mm Fan Duct - Ender 3 V3 SE

This 4010 to 25mm fan duct provides more airflow, with quieter fan noise, than other ducts for the V3 SE I have tried.

I designed this myself 100%, I didn't edit the original, but since I did use the original for some quick measurements I think that counts as a remix.

The changes with my duct compared to others is, it fits correctly. It isn't off-center for the heatsink causing only 60-70% of the heatsink to receive airflow. The duct makes sure to direct the 4010s airflow around the entire heatsink, even the bottom fins many people ignore for some reason. Due to this increased size of the duct exit, it provides more airflow and quieter fan noise.

Testing for me showed a decrease in nozzle cooldown of 1.5-2min due to the increased airflow across the heatsink. This number of course depends on the fan used, but the 4010 I have been using for a year was focused around quietness.

I am sure this increased airflow and reduction of cooldown time also translates to even less risk of clogging as well, since better cooling of the heatsink means much less likelihood of heat creep.

All 3 holes line up perfectly for me and can be used together, but just in case there is some weird variance due to Creality using different parts, if something is slightly off it is likely due to that. But I believe the reason some holes/dimensions are off on some peoples models, is from people using the “Full Toolhead WIP" model found on websites as a base to sketch around, I believe that has some dimensions that are very much “off”, which makes sense because it is a WIP.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

Increased airflow, proper heatsink cooling, quieter fans, fractionally shorter nozzle cooldown.
