I tried a few of the existing battery holders and didn't find any I liked.
My version's features:
- Easy to print for any printer (no tight tolerances).
- Enables you to grab many batteries at a time, if desired. (See GIF)
- Easily reloads batteries.
- fficiently uses a 3x1.5 Gridfinity space.
- Works with both rechargeable and disposable batteries.
- The little “shelf” ensures that you always have space for your fingers to grab the batteries.
- Requires little filament.
- Efficiently utilizes the entire vertical space, making this perfect for a shallow drawer.
- One holds a max of 24 AA batteries.
- Two placed back to back fits 48 batteries, enough for my church's AV set up. (See GIF)
I've included the Fusion file; the height is a parameter to allow you to adapt it to your drawer height, if required.
The provided 3MF has a height of 60mm. (~8 gfu)
Happy printing!
Soli Deo Gloria.
