Rapidburner with Wristwatch and cartographer

I wanted to use the Rapidburner on my Voron 2.4 with galileo type extruder, cartographer and EBB36. 
 

Features:

• Wristwatch G2 extruder modified so it matches the shape of the cowl
• Combined the two hotend mounting plates and slightly modified the cowl to lower the extruder (for more print height)
• Smaller pilar for the endstop.
• The MGN12H carriage has a wireduct for the endstop and cartographer wires
• EBB36 mount that aligns with Wristwatch G2 extruder
• Cartographer mount (tested with survey touch)

Fasteners: mostly the usual except a couple of m3x10 are needed which are not in a default Voron kit.
