Parametric Lightweight Stackable Trays

This is a parametric stackable tray collection. It has been optimized for efficiency and lightweight printing. I have included various pre-made sizes and a parametric Fusion 360 file.

Printing Instructions (Standard):
I recommend PLA with 0.2mm layer height, 10% infill, 2-3 walls, and no supports. Each part is printed as oriented.

Naming Convention Example:
100x50x20 → 100mm wide, 50mm deep, 20mm tall

To customize the size of a tray to your liking, download the f3d file and open Fusion 360. Navigate to Modify→Change Parameters.

Then, under “User Parameters” change any of the width, depth, or height variables. Note: the height should be at least 10mm for the best results.
