Prusa MK4 - LCD cable cover

When putting it on, it is necessary to first insert the edge under the screw and then use a little more force to click it in. The cover then holds perfectly.

I added a variant with a screw hole for easier fitting. But without the hole it looks better.

Warning: the cover is only for the Prusa MK4 printer (not for MK4S)
