Design

Our beautiful Holiday Travel Joplin folding chairs miss a convenient table for drinks, smartphone etc. So I have created a model to snap on either the left or right foot plus a mount for a table. Personally, I did some carpentry to get a table that matches the chair's armrest. But actually you can use any breakfast or cutting board you like.

The mount uses an eccentric snap lock to allow changing the height of the table.

Besides the board a metal 30mm metal pin with a diameter of 6mm is required. A M6 screw of a matching length can be used too.

Update: in addition to the drink holder, I have added parts to fix the chair when unfolded. The fixing parts keep the chair from folding / twisting when lifted. They snap on the rear legs on both sides.

Printing

Designed to be printed using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.20mm layers, PETG. Using a good PETG, this can be printed with pretty much the standard settings. An additional perimeter is a good idea, no special infill is needed. 

• Excenter is printed in STL orientation, no support.
• TableMount is printed lying on the side, no support.
• MountRight or MountLeft are printed bottom down with support from build plate.
