Freerunner is honestly a great blaster that I genuinely think more people should be using, especially for HvZ games. And when I moved back into my college apartment and got an A1 mini for my small room, I was pretty upset when I realized it wasn't able to be printed on my smaller bed. In fact, the normal Freerunner doesn't even seem to fit on a standard Ender 3, which tons of people use. So in order to make sure that I can a) reprint my Freerunner and b) make sure that more people can potentially use a Freerunner, I quickly scraped this remix together so it can be printed on smaller beds such as those on the Bambu Labs A1 mini.

This remix only requires 8 extra heatset inserts and 8 extra M3x8 or M3x12 tapered head screws to keep the two halves of the blaster together. Just insert the heatsets into the larger 4.6mm heatset holes on the trigger group from the outside, and screw the tapered head screws into the trigger group through the shell in order to bind together the two halves. The rest of the assembly should work the exact same way. I haven't found any stability or performance issues with this remix and it feels just about as solid as a Freerunner should.

This remix is also built around my version which uses a foregrip, but let me know if you really want that removed or anything else changed and I can try to do that for you. Normally I wouldn't change the name of a blaster for such small modifications like this, but the screws messed up the original text and I had to replace it anyways, and Cut and Run sounded like a funny name for a Freerunner that's effectively just been cut in half and screwed back together.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

This remix allows for the Freerunner to be printed on beds as small as 180mm*180mm such as those on the Bambu Labs A1 mini. This design is also derivative of my earlier remix which features a foregrip and slightly alters it to so as to help the foregrip funnel reloads into the magwell.
