Specifications:

  • Material: Recommended to print with PLA, PETG, ABS, or other strong, durable materials for best performance. PETG has some good UV resistance.
  • Load Capacity: Tested to handle significant weight, exceeding 90kg (~200lbs), making it suitable for various heavy-duty tasks.

Print Parameters:

  • Infill: 60%
  • Perimeters: 6
  • Tested Material: PLA, PETG, ABS
  • Print Orientation: Print Housing as shown in the sliced image for best results. Print the pin on its side (using the flat surface of the pin to rest on the build sheet)
  • Extra Tips:
    • Consider adding a modifier where the top horn sticks out in order to add extra infill in that area. That is where it has failed in our testing.
    • Perimeters are the key to achieving high strength! More the better;)
    • Depending on your printer, you may have to play with the scaling of the Pin and the Band's to achieve a snug fit. They should not falling off!
