M5C low friction spool holder remix

Print roll upwards and add support.

Bearings are 608: 22mm in diameter with 8mm axis.

First I added a latch to prevent the filament rolls from falling off.
Then made ist more narrow and removed material on the lower side.

After printing I found that the nut is hard to rotate, so increased its size a little bit and made it octagonal for better grip.

Last I added a washer because without it the original filament holder was blocking the roll.

Parts are now seperated.
