TPU Strap

A simple, easy to print, one-part TPU strap to attach pretty much anything you want.
I use this a lot when bikepacking, camping, or even to attach the batteries on FPV drones.

You can attach two, three, or a thousand to each other if one is too short for your need.
The strap is 13 mm wide, and the usable length goes from 100 mm to 300 mm.

It is optimized for a Shore 98 TPU. The upper part of the pin needs to be printed super slow with a lot of cooling. You can print several straps at the same time to increase the layer time. Use at least 90% inflill.

How to use

• Pull the end of the strap through the loop.
• Tighten as disired.
• Lock by inserting the pin in the desired hole.
