Zepter Vacsy vacuum pump gear replacement

My try at replicating a gear from Zepter's Vacsy old vacuum pump. It works, although the tolerances are quite tight and although a pump is working correctly, it works quite noisy.

I printed it both in PETG and HD PLA (visible in the photos). The one printed in PETG is working fine (although quite noisy, like I mentioned) for almost a year now of regular use.

When replacing and original part, use some lube to make everything work smoother.
