Ubiquiti Unifi USW 8 Lite Switch - Rackmount (10" / inch metal racks)

This model is based on the one by Pete Edwards and includes heat insert spots, so that it can be used like the original mounting brackets.

I included some holes to suit M3x5x4 heat inserts, in just the right spot to use the mounting bracket that comes with the switch, I used M3x8mm Countersunk screws for this, and it worked great. 

Furthermore it should be way more compatible, as the edges are not getting stuck with the metal frame of well known rack manufacturers, like this one from digitus, i personally use:

Bigger mounting holes, stiffer front plate, roundes corners and avoided the jump in the front plate height as it will be an issue for most metal-racks.
