FPV Camera Mount for 19mm wide camera

I made this to fit the Caddx Ratel 2 camera and the generic MG90S servo to add pan functionality to the camera. It will fit other 19mm cameras and servos with metal output shaft. The servo shaft hole is 4.5mm to make a nice press-fit to the servo.
