Custom filament sensor cover - sits flush on the top.

When assemblying my MK3S+ kit, I found out that my filament sensor cover doesnt sits flush on the top of the extruder, so I redesigned it, added a cutout for the little printed square part, and made the groove for the IR sensor just slightly deeper. Also made the arrow on the top deeper, so it is more visible. It is a redesign of the original part downloadable from github.
