We needed to protect some new flooring from potential damage from our grandson's play table and chairs (Ikea Latt). I quickly put this ball foot design together in Tinkercad.
They are printed in TPU and I used the following settings :-
Orientation - as in the STL file
Infill - I used Cubic Subdivision and 40% to give the part sufficient strength.
Adhesion - Brim to make sure the part stayed on the bed during print. This can be easily trimmed off with cutters.
Layer height - 0.2mm
Wall line count - 2
It is designed to be a snug fit and holds onto the leg via friction.
