The old towel bar that was attached to the wall by 3 screws broke, and the new one (made of stainless steel) came without screw holes and would not have fit to the existing holes in the tiles.

So I fired up Fusion 360 and went ahead to model an adapter that can be attached the wall using the existing screw holes and holding the base plate of the new towel holder with slots.

As the existing dimensions for the base plate (896mmx777mm) and screw holes most likely won't fit your requirements, I added the f3d-file, so you can change the parameters in the model according to your needs.

I used M4x40 metric screws and printed the model with 5 perimeters in Prusament Slate Silver PETG.

For increased strength, I suggest printing it upright with the non-slotted side upright, so you only need supports for the screw holes.
