I like all these sanding block sets that we can find on the internet, but I wanted some round ones and some other shapes.
I also wanted a tool that would make it easy to stretch the paper.
It's very easy to assemble. All you need is just M3x10mm hexagon socket screw (or you can use my nut (in the files) and insert M3x20mm hexagon screw. - optional)
Be careful - the screw is mounted right to the plastic so be careful when tightening.

There are 2 “Big Fellas” sanding blocks. They are intended for use with 480mm long and 40 mm or 2 inch (50 mm) wide sandpaper on the roll.
It's great for larger surfaces (200mm long flat surface)
They are designed for use with M5x20-25 bolts and M5 nuts for the paper holder.
Simply put the M5 nut in the hole and press the small “push” button on it. This will centre and secure the nut in place. Be careful and make sure the nut is in the right position, it is not possible to remove the push button after you put it in. (it need a bit force)

I had a request for something small with a short piece of sandpaper. So here they are!
My father in low loves it, he makes Revell 1:48 models. :)
10mm wide sanding block for 120mm long sandpaper - only 4 grams and 13min printing time
15mm wide sanding block for 170mm long sandpaper - only 10 grams and 24min printing time
It's very easy to assemble.
All you need is just M3x8mm hexagon socket screw for 10mm version and M3x10mm hexagon socket screw for 15mm version.
Be careful - the screw is mounted right to the plastic so be careful when tightening.
Everything is designed to print with standard 0.2mm, 15% infill profile of PLA or PETG and without support.
If you want some specific shapes of sanding blocks, please leave me a note or comment and I will make it for you.
