Two Trees Bluer Plus to BTT mini 12864 screen

One of my Two Trees Bluer Plus motherboard was faulty and I wanted to convert the printer to Klipper. This process of converting to Klipper would eliminate the original LCD screen (Makerbase MKS TFT43). 

The Big Tree Tech BTT mini 12864 screen is used on several printers, and the dimensions fit within the hole left by removing the original LCD screen.

Took measurements from the original LCD screen, and some layouts from the BTT mini 12864 step file supplied by BTT.  

The original screws were used to mount the BTT mini 12864 these appear to be 5.25mm M3 screw with a plastic washer.

**BTT mini 12864 was version 2 used, it looks like version 1 as same or similar dimensions but is untested.

**This could be compatible with the Fysetc mini 12864 as the dimensions look identical. Untested.
