Router fits snugly in the jig with its stock base plate installed for quick jobs. The bolt pattern allows the jig to be fixed to the router using the router's stock base plate screws.

Sliding mechanism allows for infinitely adjustable circle diameters.

Insert a screw through the clamp part at the center of the circle. Measure to the appropriate edge of the cutting bit to set the radius of the circle. Tighten the knob to clamp it down.

Printing the washer seems to work well, though a real metal washer can also work.

Required hardware:

  • M4 brass heat set insert, 6mm long (McMaster-Carr #94459A160, or other standard part)
  • M4 hex bolt, with head height of 2.8mm (McMaster-Carr #91287A115)

Slicer settings:

  • 25% infill for base
  • 100% infill for knob, clamp, and washer
  • 4 perimeters for all parts
  • 0.2mm layer height
  • Printed in PETG (other materials may work)
