I didn't see any models for the 12V Hercules rechargable batteries, so I designed this one. I modeled it in Solidworks. I printed it with a .4mm nozzle, .2mm layer height. 4 top and bottom layers, and 4 wall loops. Gyroid infill at 15%. I printed it lying on its back using tree supports for the overhang. You might be able to print it without supports by standing it on edge, but I didn't try that.
This holder utilizes the spring catch on the battery, so it'll work vertically, horizontally, etc. I printed mine on a Sovol SV08 using Kingroon PLA, because my shop is air conditioned. But if you were going to put this into a toolbox that lived on the back of a truck, for example, you might use ASA or ABS for heat resistance.
