Now with M6 mounting!  These parts are designed for hinges on the left, handle on the right.  The handle could be flipped to the left but the hinges would need mirrored.  This is sized for two 3030 extrusions with about 0.75mm (.03in) spacing between them for a foam or rubber seal, with a bit of tolerance.  Handle took inspiration from A More Grippy Clicky-Clack Handle by @Panzarkatten:  https://www.printables.com/model/629811-a-more-grippy-clicky-clacky-handle

Shown on a 300 VC4.  A 400 or 500 may need a split door or 3 hinges to help with the weight.  I printed in PETG with 5 perimeters and 50% infill, there is noticable but tolerable sag.  My door frame is 3030 extrusion with a 6mm PC panel.  Original parts sized for M3 screws.

The Ratrig side panels have to be notched for the hinges and handle, approximately 13mm x 80mm on the handle side and 13mm x 150 on the hinge side.  Note that more clearance above the hinge is required to lift the door off without the panel blocking - the distance required would be the height of the hinge pin.

NEW!  Added M6 versions of the hinges.  This is more secure and has notches to allow you to lift the hinge off when the door is open 180 degrees, even with 6mm panels installed.  Recommend printing 7 walls, 40% grid infill in ASA GF.  With this I have less than 1mm sag with the door open.

This version has been scaled up for 3030 extrusion but retains the same fastener and magnet sizes.  Original model by @whoopingpochard.
