• Single Plate: Perfectly fits a 52 mm x 52 mm base, providing a neat and stable platform for your pot.
• Double Plate: Designed to accommodate two 52 mm x 52 mm bases with a 17.5 mm gap between them. The top rim measures 70 mm, making it ideal for pots with a 140 mm top rim.
• Triple Plate: Fits three 52 mm x 52 mm bases, with a 17.5 mm gap between each pair of pots, suitable for a 210 mm top rim.
• Quad Plate: Accommodates four 52 mm x 52 mm bases, with a 17.5 mm gap between each pair of pots, fitting a 280 mm top rim.

These plates are perfect for organizing multiple pots together, providing a stable and efficient solution for your plant arrangements. The double, triple, and quad plates include a 17.5 mm gap between each set of two pots, ensuring they fit securely and are well-spaced for optimal display.

Four Sizes Available: Choose the size that best fits your plant pots or mix and match for various needs:

• Single Plate: Ideal for a single pot setup, offering a compact and tidy solution.
• Double Plate: Perfect for placing two pots side by side with enough spacing to ensure stability and water catchment.
• Triple Plate: Great for a trio of pots, designed to save space while maintaining a clean look.

Print Settings:

• Nozzle Diameter: 0.6mm
• Layers and Perimeters:
  • Layer Height: 0.3mm for standard layers
  • First Layer Height: 0.36mm to ensure strong adhesion to the build plate.
  • Vertical Shells (Perimeters): 7 for increased durability and watertightness.
  • Horizontal Shells:
    • Top Layers: 6 layers to ensure a solid, smooth finish.
    • Bottom Layers: 6 layers to prevent any leaks.
  • Minimum Shell Thickness:
    • Top: 1.2 mm
    • Bottom: 1.8 mm

  • Density: 15% to provide sufficient strength while minimizing material use.

• Support Material: None needed, designed to print without additional support.
• Filament Material: PLA+
• Infill/Perimeters Overlap: 20% for strong bonding and water resistance.

Notes:

• These plates are easily scalable; you can adjust the scale in your slicing software to customize the size according to your specific needs.
• Reducing the size of the plates may result in leaks on the outer perimeter walls due to thinner walls.
• To save on material, consider using multiple single or double plates instead of triple or quad plates for larger setups.
